NOTES.
Most pourover drippers work best when they’re between a half > two-thirds full of coffee grounds. Any less than that, and there won’t be enough coffee to restrict the flow. Apparently, a good coffee-to-water ratio is between 60-70 grams of coffee per liter of water.
Add just enough brewing water to wet all of the coffee (1:1-ish), then stop and let the CO2 escape for about 30 seconds to let the coffee swell to a “bloom”, before slowly pouring the rest of the water, to taste.
